About me
24 year old guy living in Glasgow, Scotland. Photography is just a hobby, but I’ve managed to keep this blog going for over a year now and met some pretty awesome people along the way.
Most of the previous pictures on this blog are of Edinburgh, but I’ve recently moved, so expect more pictures of Glasgow, and of any other random place I happen to venture to.
Thanks for stopping by!
Kieran

In response to test I got this…
Whoops! Whatever you are looking for cannot be found.
Had all your links (flcker etc) but this was at the top

Sorry, that’s my bad! I was trying to sort out a facebook page linked to my blog and was trying to test it to see if it posted to it, don’t worry you didn’t miss anything!

love your shots– I am jealous of your location near the water: it makes for images that can show such a wide range of emotion.

Thanks so much! I love living near the sea, and water in general. I come from a seaside town and when I moved to Edinburgh, where I live now, I only managed to live on the non-sea side of the city for about a year, and even then I spent a lot of my time at the local canal!

I wasn’t sure where else to post general praise for your photographic proas. Your work is well though out and purposeful, a general theme is very apparent in your work.

Thanks so much for the kind words Tobias. I haven’t consciously been trying to develop a theme or style, I suppose these things just happen based on your surroundings and what subjects interest you.

Stunning pictures! You’re very talented!

Hey – nice to meet you Kieran (I found you through Nicole at 27 & Counting).
I love your photography, some of your shots are awesome. I see you live in Edinburgh so a lot of your photographs are of special interest to me because I was born and raised in Peebles (22 miles south of Edinburgh). I live in Australia now but I miss Scotland.
Photography is a hobby of mine too – mainly animals/birds and landscapes.
21/06/2011 at 11:30 pm
Hey Barb, thanks! I’ve never been to Peebles myself, I only moved to Edinburgh a few years ago and I haven’t been out the city much except to go back home to Ayrshire occasionally. Glad you like the pics so much, I checked out your blog too, some amazing shots there of the sunrise. Thanks for dropping by.

Thanks very much Adrian, and thank you for visiting! You have some really nice shots on your blog too, especially the sepiatone flower shot. The colour adjustments really do make the flower pop out at you, very nice

Thanks Barny (the same Barny from how I met your mother?!). I would love to live in Australia, it would be such a contrast to the cold weather here!

i’m considering to buy a new camera, Canon should be seriously considered, lol
29/12/2011 at 4:35 am
Canon’s are great. I’m using a 350D, which is a relatively old model, and the results are still good. I hear the new 600D is amazing though!

Hey Kieran,
is the an opportunity to use one of your really amazing images in slightly modified form as a cover artwork for my next release (Single)? It´s nothing special yet but is there? Best regards & a nice weekend for you from Leipzig, Germany! Denis

Hi Denis, I’ll be in touch shortly by email but I don’t see a problem with that
